Welcome to the
Construction Teamsters Apprenticeship Program
for Southern California website.
Our program was created to help establish an organized, planned system of apprenticeship, conducted as a joint labor and management industry undertaking. The function of the program provides apprenticeship through systematic on-the-job training, related and supplemental instruction, and evaluation. This process allows for an apprentice to earn as they learn. Such on-the-job training benefits local and state government agencies, as well as agencies like Helmets to Hardhats. Helmets to Hardhats is a congressionally funded non profit program that assists military veterans, transitioning active duty service members, reserve and guard personnel into the best careers in construction.
This website is designed to give some basic information on our program and allow those interested a way to apply online for one of our many apprenticeships. Please look around and learn about us. If you wish to apply, please complete the form on the "Apply Online" page. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us at our offices by phone or e-mail.
Thanks for your interest.
